Wednesday Wonder Journalling Prompt

Journaling benefits: Using the left and right brain which, aids with mental and emotional deep thinking allowing for clarity of experiences and thoughts and feelings. Reflective writing needs to be used to aid in the clarity.

These tips may help you get started:
1. Describe the experience (detail)
2. Describe how it felt
3. Articulate your opinions regardless of the outcome
3. Reflect on the outcomes
4. List the facts as you know it
5. Reflect and ask a. can I change it? b. If yes, do I want to or have the tools to do so? c. Do I need to work on embracing and letting go of?

This journaling prompt came from my experience of unpacking my childhood of looking at my teachings and my experiences from my childhood.

This is not an experience about judgement or anger. I believe all parents do the best with what they have and what they know. At times parents don`t speak the love language of their child, (Gary Chapman. "The 5 Love Languages of a child") Highly recommended reading his books or listening to the audible version.

I wrote down all the things I felt I needed in my childhood.
Then I wrote down all the I am blessed with now.
I cross checked one list against the other and anything I had in this present moment I did not need to grieve for any more.
What would be the point?
I can`t turn back time.
But I can be present in the here and now.
How do you want to view your childhood?

Wednesday Wonder Journalling prompt

Journalling prompt for today is.What are you working on letting go of?
Letting go physically can be very emotional.
Parting with a home or an object that may have a memory attached to it. Can cause a great deal of stress.
Leting go of an emotion that is not serving you can be challenging especially if there has been no resolution to help youmwork through the emotion. Letting go of an emotional event doesn`t mean you are ok with the event happening but just you need to release it to move forward in life.

Today think about what it is you have been working on. Journal about the progress you are making, remember to celebrate even the small milestones.
Dig deep and look hard for movement forward. Don`t focus on what was but what will become. To much energy is consumed by reading a story from the past.

Hi my name is Deb I am a Transformation & empowerment Coach.
When life is just not what it should be.
I am here to tell you what your feeling is real and it`s not your fault
because you may be following “core imprints” which are not aligning with your values and needs.
Your behaviours and emotions can be been driven by your early imprints hiding in the background sabotaging your conscious efforts to the best version of yourself.
Let`s explore this for a moment, what if you could remove imprints that are not working for you?

I work with people like you who want to get  results and success.
Knowing your core purpose in life can be simple when we go through the discovery of meeting our needs.
Have you seen the story of star fish?
I believe there are billions of people in the world but if I am able to impact just one and you pass on your learnings we have made a difference.
I studied at the Australian Institute for Life Coaches. To see more about me click on the About me tag above.

    You Make a difference
